๐Ÿ“ฑ Three paths ยท One Brain ยท Zero copy-paste needed

You do not have to copy and paste threads to me.
Here is how the data actually moves.

You asked: how do you get the Claude War Room MCP on your phone, and should you copy and paste threads to me. Honest answer: you have three real paths, none require copy-paste, and the Brain handles every direction of message flow. This is the architecture. Step by step. Mobile-friendly. Your phone, your Mac, your podcast recorder, your inbox, all connected.

๐Ÿ“ฌ The question you asked

"Should I just copy and paste an interior thread to you?"

You asked because you noticed your phone Claude does not deliver info to me. That is correct. The mobile Claude app does not run MCPs. Apple and Google sandbox apps so they cannot reach external servers without explicit integrations.

The fix is not to put the MCP on your phone. The fix is to give you mobile-friendly entry points to the Brain that bypass the Claude app entirely. Three paths exist. You choose based on what you want to do.

๐Ÿ›ค๏ธ The three paths

Pick by what you are trying to do

No copy-paste in any of them. All work on your phone. Two are live today.

1

๐Ÿ“ฑ Brain Quick Capture

For: dropping thoughts, observations, signals
Tap a tile on the Brain dashboard from your phone. Voice or text. Submit. It writes to Notion + the Brain instantly. Robert sees it in the Review Queue.
2

๐Ÿ’ฌ Brain Chat

For: asking Claude with full IEXDG context
A chat at brain.iexdg.com/chat. You type. Claude API answers using your RAG, GHL, Notion, content history. Logged to the Brain. Searchable later.
3

๐Ÿ’ป Mac Claude Desktop

For: deep work at your desk
Already prepared swap kit flips your Mac Claude Desktop to talk to the IEXDG Brain MCP. Your Mac becomes the War Room. Phone Claude unchanged.
๐Ÿ“ฑ Path 1 of 3

Brain Quick Capture ยท already live

5 minutes from now you can drop your first capture into the Brain. No install. No login (within your VPN / personal device).

What it does

Quick Capture is four tiles at the top of your Brain dashboard. Each tile pops a modal where you speak or type, then submit. The Brain routes the entry to the right place automatically.

  1. 1
๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Capture a thought, idea, observation. Routes to your Notion Content Calendar as a Draft entry. Pillar and sector taggable.
  2. 2
๐Ÿค Client Note about an active engagement (Tucson, Ashley, Sam, CareFirst, Elizabeth). Appends to that client's Notion record and bumps "Last Touch" date.
  3. 3
๐ŸŽฏ Brand Rule when you spot a voice or visual rule that needs codifying. Appends to your Brand Corrections Log.
  4. 4
๐Ÿ›ฐ๏ธ Signal when you see a market or competitor move. Appends to your War Room Notion as a bulleted item with timestamp.

Step-by-step on your phone

  1. 1
Open Safari (or Chrome) on your iPhone
  2. 2
    Type brain.iexdg.com and hit go
  3. 3
When the dashboard loads, scroll down to "Quick Actions" (right under Today's Pulse)
  4. 4
Tap the tile that matches what you want to capture
  5. 5
Tap the microphone button to dictate, OR tap the text area to type
  6. 6
Pick the right pillar / sector / client from the dropdowns (optional)
  7. 7
Hit Submit. Done. Notion gets it. Robert sees it.

Pro tip ยท save to home screen

In Safari, tap the share icon, then "Add to Home Screen". Name it "Brain". You now have a one-tap launcher that looks like a native app. Same on Android Chrome.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Path 2 of 3

๐Ÿ’ป Path 3 of 3

Claude Desktop on your Mac ยท MCP swap kit ready

For deep work at your desk. Your Mac Claude becomes the War Room with all 33 IEXDG MCP tools available.

What changes on your Mac

Today: your Mac Claude Desktop runs a local IEXDG MCP. It works but is tied to your machine.

After the swap: your Mac Claude Desktop talks to the cloud Brain at brain.iexdg.com/mcp. Same 33 tools, but now they pull live data from the Brain (live GHL, live Notion, live RAG, live everything). And the conversation is auditable.

Step-by-step on your Mac (5 minutes, scheduled call)

  1. 1
Robert sends you the swap kit (1 file, swap_to_cloud_mac.sh) via email or Brain Capture
  2. 2
You save it to ~/iexdg-mcp/ (already exists from previous installs)
  3. 3
Open Terminal on Mac, run bash ~/iexdg-mcp/swap_to_cloud_mac.sh
  4. 4
Script auto-backs up your current config, tests connection, swaps the file, reports result
  5. 5
Cmd+Q Claude Desktop fully (not just close window). Reopen.
  6. 6
In a new conversation, type "list your tools". You should see ~33 tools from iexdg-pipeline
  7. 7
Done. Mac Claude is now your War Room.

Rollback if needed

The swap kit creates a one-liner rollback at ~/iexdg-mcp/swap_to_local_mac.sh. Run it, Cmd+Q, reopen. You are back to local mode in under 2 minutes.

Every Sunday 6pm ET, your phone gets a 1-page email. This week's move, what moved last week, next 3 episode angles, flags, pipeline pulse, your ask for the week. 5-minute read on phone.
โ†“
๐Ÿ””
Channel 3 ยท Brain dashboard tiles (live now)
When something needs your eye, a tile lights up on the Brain dashboard. Approve queue items, sign off Culture Talkz drafts, accept or reject quote cards. All from your phone.
โ†“
Channel 4 ยท SMS for critical alerts (Phase 2)

The promise this architecture makes

Nothing leaves your head and lives only there. Every observation you have, every decision you make, every conversation you join: a path exists to capture it that takes under 60 seconds. The Brain is the index. Your work, your IP, your relationships, your decisions, all searchable. By you. By me. By Claude.

๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Mac Claude specifics

Why Path 3 matters even though Paths 1 and 2 cover phone

Mac Claude with the cloud MCP is the heaviest tool in the stack. Use it when you need to do work, not just capture or ask.

What Mac Claude can do that phone Brain Chat cannot (yet)

  • Run all 33 IEXDG MCP tools (verify_install, list_captures, schedule_post, generate_quote_cards, run_culture_pulse_audit, etc.)
  • Multi-step automation in one conversation: "Pull the last 3 captures, generate 3 quote cards, post to LinkedIn for Tuesday"
  • Direct file output: download generated content, audio drafts, PDFs into your Downloads folder
  • Long-context conversations (200K tokens) for deep brainstorming sessions
  • File uploads: drop a PDF or image directly into the conversation, Mac Claude analyzes it with full IEXDG context

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Brain Chat build details

What Robert is building, in plain language

Phase 1, week 3-4. 6-8 hours of build time. Live in 3 weeks.

The components

  1. 1
Chat UI at brain.iexdg.com/chat. Mobile-first. Single text input. Voice mic button. Conversation history visible.
  2. 2
RAG retrieval layer. When you type, the Brain pulls the top 5-10 most relevant chunks from your 10,601-chunk RAG (your past content + IP).
  3. 3
Live data fetch. The Brain queries GHL for your active contacts, Notion for current Content Calendar status, podcast feed for last episode topic. All before Claude responds.
  4. 4
Brand voice context. Every Claude call includes your 10-adjective voice profile, your forbidden word list, your hero/guide rule.
  5. 5
Claude API call with all that context loaded. Streams response back to your phone.
  6. 6
Audit logging. Every conversation appended to your Brain audit trail. Searchable later.
  7. 7
Save-to-capture button. If Claude generates something useful (a draft post, a meeting note, a brand rule), tap to save it to Notion as a Quick Capture.
๐Ÿš€ Start in 5 minutes

Right now, on your phone

  1. 1
    Open Safari on your iPhone
  2. 2
    Type brain.iexdg.com
  3. 3
Tap the Capture tile, dictate any thought you have right now ("test that the Brain is listening")
  4. 4
    Hit Submit. Wait 30 seconds.
  5. 5
    Email Robert: "captured, see it?"
  6. 6
Robert checks the Brain Review Queue, confirms it landed, replies "got it"
  7. 7
From here on, Quick Capture is your phone-to-Robert channel. No copy-paste needed.

Path 2 (Brain Chat) goes live in 3 weeks. Path 3 (Mac Claude swap) ready when you schedule a 5-min Mac session.

The honest answer to your original question

You do not need to copy-paste threads to me. The Brain captures everything you submit through it. Phone Claude does not need to deliver to me, because Quick Capture and Brain Chat are the phone equivalents that DO deliver. Mac Claude with cloud MCP is for desk work where you want to use the full toolset. Email is the always-available fallback. Pick the right tool for the moment, and the system handles the rest.
